BBC NEWS | World | Middle East | Hopes fade in UN Baghdad search:
"The UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan, denounced the bombing as an inexcusable act of unprovoked and murderous violence. "
And I'm sure the 6000 dead Iraqi civilians would say the same about the coalition's invasion Kofi. Except of course they're dead.
What did you expect??! Did you really think everyone was going to roll over and love the US occupation?
We in the UK have seen this before, it's was called Belfast and we had to do it for 30 years before we got anywhere. Good luck.
Of course I'm sorry people have been killed, but I'm not surprised in the least. There could be decades of this to come.
